Terms of Service

AiPlatformers is a marketplace where independent makers bundle the software tools they have built and sell access to those bundles as a monthly subscription. The tools themselves are built, hosted, and operated by their makers — AiPlatformers provides the storefront, subscription management, and access gating.

You need an account to subscribe or to sell. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done under your account. You must provide a real email address you control.

Subscriptions are billed monthly, per maker, at the price shown on the maker's page, and are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Prices may change with notice — a price change takes effect at your next renewal.

By listing a tool you confirm that you built it or otherwise hold the rights to sell access to it, that it works as described, and that it complies with our Originality Policy. You retain full ownership of your tools; you grant AiPlatformers a license to display your storefront content (names, descriptions, images) to operate the marketplace.

Makers are responsible for operating their tools, including uptime, support, and data handling within those tools. Payouts, fees, and the revenue split are described at checkout-enabling time and may be updated with notice.

Don't use AiPlatformers to distribute malware, infringe others' rights, copy another maker's tool, scrape or attack the platform, or break the law. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or the Originality Policy.

Tools are provided by their makers, not by AiPlatformers, and the platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiPlatformers is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the amounts you paid through the platform in the previous 12 months.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use AiPlatformers after a change means you accept it. Questions: contact the founder via the email on the site.
